CASA is a program consisting of trained citizens that are court appointed to represent abused and/or neglected children in court.
The objective is for every child to reach a safe, permanent home.
CASA recruits and train volunteers to advocate for children who are in foster care as a result of being involved in a dependency -- neglect/abuse court course.
